Real Mumblings

OK, so the whole point of this blog was to pass on some of my thoughts and 'Mumblings' (Janet & Henry both say a mumble - lots, hence, the name)

So here are some thoughts that have been going on in the old melon for the last few weeks.

After a close encounter of the dead kind a few weeks ago (all seams good for now) I was starting to think of my own mortality. I am under no illusions that I or anyone else I know is going to make it out of this game alive.

So what is normal after an event like this? Am I supposed to find 'God', go on a walkabout, go 'find' myself or all of the above?

After chatting with a nice lady at lunch time, she thought I was handling it quite well and that a walkabout, although good for the soul, is not really required.

So that's good to know. However, if I do start talking about the big guy upstairs too much, let me know.

My friend M.P. always says life is a 'Gong Show', well folks, get busy living before the big guy rings that gong, you never know when that will be.
